Meeting Minutes ????Where are you

It was discussed at many past meetings that the meeting minutes should put out shortly after the meeting is held instead of the usual week or 2 before the next meeting (which is 3 months after the meeting that the minutes pertain to). I believe it was actually brought to motion at one prior meeting and seconded. This would help to keep all homeowners ( especially those who were not able to attend the meeting current on the happenings of the BHHOA. To date, this practice has not been implemented. Could someone address this issue Thanks

MINUTES were e-mailed to 101 homeowners 6/30/07. I will MAIL them to the other 25, whose e-mail address we do not yet have, the first week of July.

I also posted them on the BLOG site. Not sure how well this worked since it takes up a lot of space.
