Dear Home Owners,
On behalf of Oliver Management. I would like to take this opportunity to say hello to everyone and to introduce ourselves to Blue Heron home owners and guest.
Many home owners may be familiar with Joe Oliver from Oliver painting who has been contracted by BH and has been painting the homes for the past year. As well as Joe’s painting experience he has also had experience in landscaping and has become familiar with the needs BH has with grounds keeping. When Joe first became aware that BH was looking for a new property management company he became very interested in this opportunity. He then contacted me, Peter McCaffrey an old time friend of Joe’s with twenty-eight years of landscape experience to come work for him and manage the property. My landscape experience includes; designing, planting, pruning, brick patio’s and walkways, stone, block and tie walls, chain link, wood, vinyl and aluminum fences, Ground keeping and maintenance. I also have experience in carpentry and remodeling. When I first looked at BH I became aware of many maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The opportunity to take on this challenge I welcome with open arms. My only wish is that I could have started back in November when leaf removal would have been priority instead of January when snow removal is priority. I will assure everyone that as soon as winters blanket is gone and spring has sprung I will be concentrating on leaves being removed, the twigs and branches being off the walkways and overall keeping a clean but woody environment. But for now I can just concentrate on keeping the roads clean and the pathways and doorways open from snow.
Just look for me in my bright yellow Dodge Dakota pickup.
Sincerely,
Peter McCaffrey
Oliver Management

I wanted to see if I can place a bid for the cedar restoration and painting. I have a few concerns about the current paint job. Could anyone let me know whom I may contact and how I may go about this process? Thank you.
