We have selected Oliver Painting as our Contractor.
We had 9 companies bid
2 were rejected for being late and sent back unopened.
3 did not have a bid bond
1 was a no bid/incomplete bid
3 were valid bids and out of these two were interviewed.
Based on the bid materials, price, past performance, reference checks and their presentation Oliver Painting was selected and in early May the Association entered into contract with them to complete Phase I and then move on the Phase II once Phase I is completed!
And in spite of the rain, Oliver Painting has started work on Fawn Court...
They have 6 employees on the project and the Company's owner Joe Oliver. They have two lift trucks that they will be using to assist in their work (weather permitting).
If you get a chance during the weekdays stopped by and introduce yourself...

Who should homeowners notify when they have had the siding REPAIR work done by their own independent contractor?
Please clarify, do homeowners need to arrange for inspection by Colin Deveruex, or does BHHOA take care of that?
Who do i speak with concerning a problem i'm having with the staining project,i have a few things, rear light fixture is missing, the screen on the 2nd fl has a hole and a ceramic sign i had by the front door with our last name on it is gone.
