HOMEOWNER INPUT REQUESTED by Sept 28th, 2009
To: BH Homeowners
YOU MUST provide input DIRECTLY to Colin Devereux by September 28th, 2009.
Colin Devereux is the BH independent INSPECTOR that is now compiling a "final punchlist" of incomplete items on the BH exterior siding refurbishment project.
He is doing his own inspection, but is also willing to solicit individual homeowner input, to assist his inspection.
Please send an e-mail DIRECTLY to Colin Devereaux at devereux@pa.metrocast.net which:
1) Provides your Unit number, e-mail address and a daytime phone number for Colin to contact you if he has any questions.
2) Describes any items related to the community siding refurbishment project that you believe are not complete on your unit. Please describe your concern in enough detail that Colin can find what your are talking about. (issue, location etc)
If he does not hear from you, Colin will only use his personal inspection to compile any punchlist items regarding your unit.
